• The item is unused and still in its original packaging

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Disposable vapes that have been used
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact our support team with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

3. Send clear photos or videos showing the issue
